This is a hands-on position that requires insulating and improving a home's efficiency through a systematic list. Candidate will need to climb ladders, carry insulation. Will need to learn how to run a insulation machine. The candidate must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. This candidate will work with or could supervise a crew of weatherization professionals. Candidate will receive work order that specifically spells out the necessary improvements needed to increase the homes efficiency. The home will have already been audited and the auditor will supply material list and work order. The crew will work through a schedule provided by the operations manager and will be required to update the operation manager at end of every shift as to the pace of the project and need requirements. Candidate must be safe, clean, and professional. We are looking for self-motivated, pleasant individuals who want a career and not a job. This is a position that has great advancement potential.
