    The Warehouse and Fulfillment Operations position is responsible for ensuring the success of Deluxe's warehouse operations. The director will lead a local site and oversee the management of 5 other warehouses and their respective leaders across the US. Our network comprises 6 warehouses and a few third-party logistics providers through which we cater to our customer base.

Job Functions:

  • Develop a warehouse strategy to meet th e needs of the business and optimize operations and expense between company run and 3PL locations

  • Collaborate with Sales, Ops and IT to ensure efficient and successful projects implementation.​

  • Utilize data analytics to identify areas for optimization and implement innovative solutions.

  • Foster a culture of operational excellence through best practices and efficiency measures.

  • Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to industry regulations and standards.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance overall efficiency. Provide performance reports to executive team.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to warehouse teams, fostering a culture of growth.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 7 years and 3 years of management

  • Successful experience leading leaders in a warehouse, distribution, logistics or manufacturing environment.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse and fulfillment operations teams.

  • Comprehensive understanding of safety standards, compliance, and best practices in warehouse management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain

Experience: 8 years in Warehouse operations

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to drive a positive and collaborative work culture.

  • Strong communication skills

Target Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00
