What does an EFC Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola? Responsibilities for preparation of customer ready equipment for multiple sales areas Responsibilities: Parts management, equipment inventory management, and transportation management. Diagnostics, mechanical repairs, customer finishing, and quality control of all equipment assigned for customer placement. Managing equipment KBIs Improving equipment turn-around times. Protection of company assets as outlined by internal audit. Manage 20+ positions with at least 75% of these positions being technically skilled labor. Develop a departmental Business Plan and execute it against annual Business Plan goals. Develop Manpower plans as it relates to equipment make-ready. Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators as agreed to in Annual Business Plan. Coach and mentor members of own team to help them maximize effectiveness and prepare them for possible future roles. Demand excellence in performance; set the bar high in terms of results expected and seek to surpass it. Oversee employee evaluation and career development. Manage compliance to company policies and procedures. Develop and enhance internal control procedures. Process Improvement in the area of Make Ready and Make Ready Distribution. Remain proficient in all applicable areas of CONA (Parts Management, Microsoft Office, Settlement, and Planning). Develop and share best practice where appropriate to ensure the increased efficiency of the business. Manage equipment movement process from receipt of equipment from the field through the return of equipment for delivery to the customer. Manage equipment inventory variances, manage quality issues from sales, manage Parts inventory variances, manage Key Improvement Processes for Make Ready process, manage outside contractors (if used) to transport equipment. Requirements: High School Diploma and 5 years equipment process improvement and management experience required. Minimum of five (5) years in a relevant equipment service or supply chain role required. Some overnight travel is required. Preferred: Equipment Inventory supervision, Parts Inventory supervision, and Logistics experience preferred. Intermediate experience with Windows based application to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Previous experience with Lean/Six Sigma and managing continuous improvement projects.
