Our client, Bay Minette is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the General Production Team supporting the facility. The ideal candidate will be reliable, be structured and a team player which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Bay Minette, Alabama

Pay Range: $16.71/hr

What’s the Job?

• Utilize basic math to accurately read tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment

• Setting up and monitoring machines which include tooling

• 12 hour rotating shifts

• Read factory orders and configure machine accordingly

• Monitor adjust and control productions machines

What’s Needed?

• Previous warehouse and industrial experience is encouraged

• Ability to stand, lift, climb and be on feet for 12 hour shifts

• Knowledge in industrial environment and OSHA regulations/safety

• Ability to commit to 12 hour rotating shifts, or experience doing so

• 6 months of previous machine operating experience (preferred)
