• Handle incoming customer calls and emails, fulfilling customer needs

• Light call volume. Mostly responding to emails. Manageable workload

• ️Troubleshoot and solve customer issues or guide them to the right resources

• Process new orders promptly, check pricing, and track inventory

• Learn technical terminology and use our computerized system to track info

• Focus on customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services
