Primary duties include providing safe and timely electrical and mechanical support, preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting and resolution for multiple operating machines within a corrugated manufacturing environment.

This is a multi-craft position and as such candidate must have general industrial maintenance experience with an emphasis on electrical components.

Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes motors, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems.

Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics

Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.

· Able to read schematics and ladder logic

· Electrical knowledge

· Welding proficiency is a plus

· Knowledge of OSHA Safety Standards and Regulations

· Strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability

· Must provide own tools and toolbox

· Prior Corrugator / Converting equipment experience strongly desired

Able to react and troubleshoot quickly in a very fast paced environment

Responsibility

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Completes preventative maintenance of scheduled machinery

• Provide resolution to mechanical and electrical problems of machinery.

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain mechanical equipment including but not limited to: VFDs, Servo Motors, pumps, pump & motor alignment, hydraulic, pneumatic, and all other electrical/mechanical systems.

• Performs Lockout/Tagout per procedure for various operations and maintenance personnel.

• Ability to work weekends and other OT as required.
