ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Supervisor in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania

Our client is seeking a Department Supervisor to join their team. This position will supervise and direct all activities involving a chemical mixing department.

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Glen Rock, PA area

Pay Range: $65-75k

What’s the Job?

  • Works with production planning on a daily basis to understand and optimize efficiency related to manpower requirements.

  • Optimize the workforce based on qualification and shift requirements.

  • Holds subordinates accountable and takes necessary disciplinary actions based on production guidelines and company regulations.

  • Accountable to hold subordinates accountable for safety, process, productivity, quality and code of conduct standards.

  • Responsible for directing the workforce as required to maintain safety, quality, and most efficient productivity.

What’s Needed?

  • 10 years manufacturing experience in, preferably in coating and finishing technologies, including web processing.

  • 5 years' experience as supervisor
