We are looking for Fior EuHReka i Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The successful individual will be a strong corporate with a passion for delivering excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Onboard new customers

• Participate in sessions to discuss customer requirements or issues

• Share estimates and planning of the work with customer

• Adapts and parametrizes the technical solution for the requirements provided

• Implement new solutions

• Performs unit test

• Supports the client on the functioning of the solution

• Works on multiple projects simultaneously

• Ensures proper deployment of the solution (Development, Test and Production)

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of the solution

• Collaborate with other Alight teams to deliver customer related activities

• Customer Micro-management activities (Priorities, Release, CR’s, Meetings…)

• Identify risks or potential issues for your customer and inform the right people (PM, ITCAM & TL)

• Communicate with your Team Lead (Issues, Escalations, Risks, Informational…)

Programming skills

• Web development:

• HTML5: Used to design the look & feel of the portal and include the SAPUI5 developed libraries.

• SAPUI5: Javascript Framework developed by SAP to ease the communication with SAP backend.

• WebIDE: SAP online tool used to develop

• SCP: Sap cloud platform, here is where we access tools such as WebIDE and perform the initial setup of project, for instance creating a Destination to the backend SAP system to allow our web code to reach the sap system.

• Eclipse: Third party program used to develop both WEB applications and ABAP applications, not in use but some legacy customers request us to develop using it.

• Backend development

• ABAP: language used to develop software in SAP backend

• Gateway builder: tool used to develop fiori odata services

• Launchpad development and deploy

• Object Oriented programming: All odata services are created using OO programming methodology.

Mandatory:

• Information Technology Bachelor's degree or Telecom. degree.

• English level: First (B1) Minimum

• Good written and oral communication and presentation skills

• Strong organizational/time management and negotiation skills

• Experience having worked as part of a virtual team

• Demonstrates high professional standards and is a team player

• A high level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfaction

• Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment

• Excellent analytical skills

• Stakeholder management experience and expertise

• Responsible, Capacity to manage time and priorities, change management, proactive and committed
