Plastic Plate, LLC, a division of Lacks Enterprises, Inc, has an opening for an experience Maintenance Manager. Lacks Enterprises, is a local decorative automotive manufacturer that has been in business for over fifty years. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, willing to coach and teach others, and a team player.

If you are experienced with:

• leading maintenance projects
• trouble shooting electrical and mechanical equipment
• PLC, controls, and computer skills
• purchasing from vendors
• working with a preventative maintenance program
• coaching maintenance personnel and helping them obtain their journeyman's card
• communicating both verbally and in writing to members of the management team

As a Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for:

• coaching and developing the maintenance team
• daily and weekly time keeping for maintenance team
• reporting out metrics in daily team meeting
• troubleshooting equipment problems
• working hands-on with equipment
• working around chemicals and working on chemical tanks and wastewater treatment systems
• ordering equipment
• working with suppliers and vendors
• obtaining quotes for plant projects
• building maintenance
• safety of your maintenance team, the building, and the manufacturing team

If you have at least 3 years of maintenance manager experience for a manufacturing company, able work well in a team environment, and want to continue to learn, consider joining our team.
