Job Title: Group Leader

Job Description

We have an open position for a 1st shift Crew Manager/Group Leader to lead a team of 4 on a flexo folding glue machine. This role will be hands-on, involving both operation of the machine and leadership of an assistant manager, operator, and feeder/stacker. We value character and experience and are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including the military.

Job Type

This is a Permanent position that is on 1st shift and will include 10 hours of paid overtime weekly.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Greenfield, Indiana.

Work Environment

This position operates on a 1st shift schedule, from 6am-6pm. However, most days will be 9 or 10 hours long, running 5 days per week from Monday to Friday.
