AON (Senior) Consultant, Performance & Talent in Guangzhou, China

The Performance and Talent Senior Consultant plays an important role in designing and implementing a broad range of talent, rewards and performance consulting services for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Play an important role in small-medium sized talent, rewards, performance related consulting project/module delivery

  • Act an important client contact window for small-sized project and contribute to clients’ satisfaction

  • Be able to identify client needs and provide high quality consultation in certain solutions

  • Be able to articulate various human resources solutions and best practices to clients

  • Empower clients with knowledge and skills, and establish /maintain good relationship

    Requirements

  • Post-graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of relevant industry or consulting experience

  • In-depth content knowledge about human resources management

  • Good understanding of the business operations and HR practices in MNCs and Chinese companies

  • Solid problem solving skills, ability to analyze complex data, identify core issues and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions

  • High commitment to quality client service and good team cooperation spirit

  • Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
