Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager (Haryana NCR)

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Gurugram

Job Purpose

ASSA ABLOY is looking for a Zonal Manager based out at Gurugram (Haryana), responsible to generate business in Gururam, Faridabad, Palwal, Sohna, Manesar, Bahadurgarh and their upcountry markets, handling a team of area sales Manager & Area Sales Executive. The incumbent will be responsible to take care of all retail sales operations in the assigned territory such as driving revenue growth, payment collection from channel partners, manage key accounts.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for driving growth by converting & retaining key accounts in the respective territories Gururam, Faridabad, Palwal, Sohna, Manesar, Bahadurgarh and their upcountry

• Allocate distribution and key account targets and review them with ASM’s/ASE’s

• To Identify the Potential of the markets & identify relevant channels and new products, required for the territory.

• Drive and Manage Potential Distributors across the territory

• Exploring new territories and focus on key pockets for volume and profitability

• Strategize in converting top key accounts for sustainable growth.

• Analyze the sales data of the competition to review market share

• Keep a complete track of competition activities and create counter strategies

• Forecasting/Budgeting, planning, and driving execution through Data analysis and updating on Industry trends.

• Responsible for driving annual sales volume & revenue.

• Manage Team To ensure execution of sales process and increase sales volume & profitability.

• Build and Drive business by Motivating and guiding team in line with company goals and objective

• Responsible for review of daily/ weekly/ monthly sales targets of the reporting team and taking corrective actions, when required

• Ensuring effective Marketing Strategies and counter Strategies

• Stocks hygiene to be maintained with all distributors/direct dealers

Who you are:

• Graduation is a must, MBA preferred

• 6-8 Years relevant experience

• Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the team

• Analytical skills

• Functional understanding of distribution business in the building material industry
