_Job Responsibilities:_

_ _ _Non-Finance General Administrative:_ * Works front desk, manages visitor registration, and answers phones * Files reports and HR documents * Coordinates logistics of candidate interviews and training events * Orders New Hire Orientation Forms/Paperwork * Supports new employee orientation process * Supports employee service award programs * Distributes benefit or HR information, as required (e.g., post notices on plant bulletin boards) * Other general administrative duties as needed _Plant Specific Responsibilities:_ * Coordinates logistics for meetings and plant employee events * Coordinates employee activities * Other duties as needed _Confidential Administrative Tasks_:* * * Maintains employee files and database (i.e., disciplinary action, benefit information, anniversaries, birthdays) * Files investigations, terminations, and other meetings with plant manager, as required * Manages community involvement/customer interaction activities * Manages Internal Transfer Policy/Process * Plant Access System Administration * Arranges and follows-up on fit-for-duty exams * Coordinates Return to Work/Suitability Assessments * Manages Short Term Disability forms/process * Manages hourly payroll processing activities
_Safety: _ * Supports plant random drug testing * Supports medical monitoring * Tracks Safety Incentive Program Activities (plant specific)
_Finance Accounts Payable: _ * Assists with Kronos troubleshooting issues, as needed * Tracks and accrues for holidays, vacations and sick day Inventory * Conducts safety shoes & prescription glasses administration * Administers donation requests * Administers employee sales

_Qualifications:_ 1. Good computer skills and proficiency with a variety of software applications including: Excel, Word, Outlook. Oracle, Microsoft Access or other database management and reporting experience is a plus. 2. High level of organizational skills and the ability to effectively undertake multiple tasks. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to use analytics to evaluate options and make data-driven decisions. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a diverse work environment and enact change through proactive means. 4. Local candidates preferred.
