Description:

This individual will be doing both Facilities and Industrial Maintenance. The work will be split roughly 60% Industrial and 40% Facilities duties.

Job Duties:

• Performs routine maintenance on property and related structures

• Performs snow removal through use of tractors, trucks, snowplows and snow loaders

• Coordinates with contractors and provides recommendations to contractors when deemed agreed upon by ownership

• Inspects contracted work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards

• Maintains lawn maintenance, applies pesticides and fertilizers and assists with planting of landscaping

• Maintains equipment and tools used in performance of duties
