Senior Accountant

Our client in Harford County is rapidly growing and hiring a Senior Accountant to join their team. This role will work directly with the Controller and have a tremendous opportunity for future growth, along with joining an exciting international organization.The Senior Accountant will directly support the local Controller and will have the following responsibilities:

• Month-end close duties, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statements

• Management of the accounts receivable cycle and analysis

• Assisting with the budgeting/forecasting process

• Assisting with the annual audit

• Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Should possess a B.S. in Accounting or a related field

• Must be able to perform month-end close activities

• Proficiency in managing General Ledger
