Job Title: Forklift Lead Supervisor

Job Description

Are you ready to take charge and lead a dynamic team in a bustling warehouse environment? We are seeking a hands-on Forklift Lead Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. Your day begins with a strategic check-in, addressing any pressing issues and tracking down the root causes of any problems encountered overnight. As a key leader, you'll be responsible for coaching your team, taking disciplinary actions when necessary, and working diligently to reduce overtime. Your task list includes ensuring everyone has the necessary tools and materials, directing traffic within the warehouse, and actively supervising to maintain high-quality control standards. This is a role for someone who thrives on the ground, not behind a desk, ensuring that loads on trucks are secure, accurate, undamaged, and clean. As the day shifts to evening, you'll oversee the shutdown of the facility, ensuring tasks are completed and the premises are secure. If you're bilingual, have strong leadership and computer skills, and are an expert in forklift operation with truck loading experience (lumber preferred), we want you to bring your expertise to our team!

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physically demanding tasks and a work schedule that includes afternoon and evening hours.
