MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* HS/GED, Valid Driver's License, pass background check, and 1 year of full-time or equivalent part-time or paid self-employment experience in heating, cooling, ventilation, building maintenance, or building trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plasterer, welder, machinist or masonry. NATURE OF WORK:* Under general supervision, performs a variety of building trades/janitorial work in the maintenance and repair of Military Authority Assets including: buildings, grounds and related mechanical equipment. Performs related work and other duties as assigned. ** STARTING SALARY RANGE: $32,562.00 - $49,700.00.
