Job Description

Summary

A top automotive client in the area is looking to bring on a Switch shift Group Leader for the Facilities Engineering Team. This resource is responsible for managing the daily facility needs across the plant and creating and maintaining standards for safety. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable working 2 weeks on day shift and 2 weeks on night shift a month. The daily responsibilities are below:

Managing 10-12 skilled laborers

Using Maximo software to create daily PM's

Overseeing daily operations for facilities in the building (HVAC, boilers, chillers, air compression, etc.)

Managing daily PM's and delegating responsibilities

Focus on safety improvements and safety reviews

Skills and Requirements

5-10 years of experiences in industrial/manufacturing facilities (HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, air compression, etc.)

Experience managing 10+ resources (skilled and unskilled labor)

Experience delegating and creating PM's 5-10 years of experiences in industrial/manufacturing facilities (HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, air compression, wastewater, etc.)

Experience managing 10+ resources (skilled and unskilled labor)

Experience using Maximo to create PM's
