Toyota Of Irving Vehicle Acquisition Specialist in Irving, Texas

VEHICLE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST     The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist is one of the most important jobs at Toyota of Irving. It is up to this specialist to manage a list of desired vehicles the dealership wants to acquire. You will be stationed on the service drive, the highest traffic area in the entire dealership, so there will be plenty of prospects every day. Your job is to interact with customers on the service drive and engage with them with the intention of purchasing their vehicle.     DUTIES: * Purchasing vehicles for Used Car Inventory off Service Drive daily * Scanning VIN’s * Greet and offer assistance to customers with desired vehicles * Uploading pictures to vAuto * Communicate with the Used Car Director daily on inventory purchases * Follow up with customers to complete the acquisition via phone, text, and email * Work with management to identify current inventory needs * Additional duties assigned by management     QUALIFICATONS * Self-motivated * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience * Strong communication and negotiating skills * Ability to function in a high-paced environment   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to stand or sit for long periods on time   BENEFITS Full-Time Employee Benefits  * Full-time employees are offered Medical, Vision & Dental after 2 months of employment * 401K retirement and saving plans are offered to employees after working at the dealership for 6 months or more * PTO and select holidays off     About Us Toyota of Irving is a family owned dealership in the heart of the DFW metroplex.
