B. Blair is currently looking to hire a full-time Heavy Equipment Mechanic to perform routine maintenance and repairs.  This position requires 3 years' experience and reports to the Lead Fleet Mechanic/Shop Manager.

Job Responsibilities -- What will you do?

• Repairs and maintains heavy equipment including but not limited to:
  • Excavators
  • Dozers
  • Dirt & Asphalt Rollers
  • Offroad Haul Trucks
  • Skid Steers
  • Wheel Loaders & Backhoes
  • Crushers & Screeners
  • Asphalt Pavers & Milling Machines
• Performs inspections and preventative maintenance on all equipment, from air compressors to excavators.
• Diagnoses and repairs electrical, hydraulic, telematic and powertrain issues.
• Utilizes diagnostic software to troubleshoot and fix engine, transmission, hydraulic and after-treatment systems.
• Always ensures a clean and safe work environment for self and others.

Qualifications -- Who are we looking for?

• 3 years' experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Dependable transportation to work daily
• Pass drug test prior to employment
• Valid Driver's License
