[JOB SUMMARY: [BBandE is seeking a **CEMIRT Logistics Support to support AFCEC/CO at Tyndall AFB, FL.

[ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ]{light="" nova="" rockwell=""}]{light="" nova="" rockwell=""}]{light="" nova="" rockwell=""}]{light="" nova="" rockwell=""}

  • Assist in the initiation of shipping documents, coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, receives inbound freight, unpackages, and restocks supply levels.
  • Delivers freight to local TMO warehouse for outbound shipment.
  • Assists in the tracking of supply levels by maintaining inventory and ordering NSN parts and supplies. Certifies Hazardous cargo and initiates documentation for shipment.
  • Assists Vehicle Control Officer (VCO) with management of CEMERIT vehicle fleet.
  • Coordinates monthly records, mileage reports, schedules maintenance/repairs, pick up/drop off vehicles as required from maintenance.
  • Maintains vehicle key database and coordinates short term vehicle sign out, scheduling, and return.
  • Manages vehicle training and vehicle licenses for personnel.
  • Additional duties apply.

  • Associate degree or higher in Logistics.

[JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: ]{light="" nova="" rockwell=""}

Must possess minimum of five (5) years of related experience.

Demonstrated experience with Air Force and DoD logistics processes with particular focus on logistics, hazard materials/waste, safety, government purchase card, and vehicle management.

Experience in use of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated experience preparing shipping documents for vehicle and equipment shipment via land, air, and/or sea. These documents include but are not limited to hazardous declaration statements (HAZDECS), material safety data sheets (MSDSs), and transportation forms such as 1149s.

Demonstrated experience with/knowledge of vehicle control officer (VCO) program. Has a working knowledge of systems when working with vehicle maintenance and vendors on vehicle and equipment repair and calibration.

Demonstrated experience with/knowledge of Hazardous Material and Hazardous Waste Management Programs, applying knowledge to manage programs, continuity binders, monthly reports, ensures compliance.

Demonstrated experience with/knowledge of Air Force Safety Programs, applying skills to coordinate shop safety program, continuity binders, and filing reports, ensures compliance.
