Our client, in Jacksonville, Fl is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join their team. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be part of the Electrical team supporting the entire production process. The ideal candidate will have Great leadership skills, great communication skills and high adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Location: Jacksonville, Fl

Pay Range: 75k=85k annually depending on experience

Full time position- 2 shift options:

1st shift Monday -Friday 7am-3:30pm

2nd shift Monday-Thursday 2:30pm to 1am

What’s the Job?

  • Coordinate and manage a team of electricians responsible for installation, wiring and testing of electrical components of chilled water systems.

  • Responsibilities include staff training, inspections and technical problem solving.

  • Create and manage project and sub-contractor schedules, coordinate shop floor activities and monitor tool certifications, calibrations, etc.

What’s Needed?

  • 10+ years of experience managing personnel and track record of industrial electrical installation

  • Knowledge of industrial transformer, LVMCC, HVMCC, and NEC.

  • License Journeyman Electrician

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office

  • Preferred licensed Master Electrician in Florida
