We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician to provide a wide range of maintenance services across our properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied tasks and takes pride in keeping our residential communities in top condition. If you're a "jack of all trades" Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks including basic repairs, painting, and fixture installation.

• Assist with HVAC and plumbing maintenance under the supervision of skilled technicians.

• Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies.

• Perform drywall repairs and painting.

• Repair and install various types of flooring.

• Perform regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience in general maintenance or a related field.

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform physical tasks.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Great Comunication and customer service skills
