• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform daily machine change overs, as required by production.
• Fabricate, modify, build and re-build machinery and equipment parts and molds to ensure proper and efficient operation.
• Operate small equipment (forklifts and man lifts), as required.
• Assist with inventory levels.
• Work closely with Engineering on machinery and equipment issues.
• Work on special projects, as needed.
• Perform and document machine and equipment Preventive Maintenance.
• Perform electrical, plumbing and facility maintenance, as required.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Work extended shifts and/or weekends, when necessary.

[education and experience requirements: [Trade school certificate or Associate degree, plus up to 4 years of electrical and mechanical experience. *[skills required: [Good communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is required. Able to read blueprints, diagrams, drawings, and maintenance manuals. Able to run shop equipment and skilled in the use of all hand and power tools.
