Essential Job Functions: Inspect, repair and maintain the continuous cookers. Troubleshoot, repair and replace defective machinery. Repair equipment as needed. Operate machinery and tools in a safe manner. Maitain accurate records of work performed and meter readings as needed. Design, fabricate, weld and install equipment as required. Oversee equipment operation as well as order supplies for department. Responsible for general housekeeping of assigned work. Assist in training junior mechanics.
