Lead Operational Excellence as an Operations and Start-Up Leader!

Join us in Jefferson, WI, for an exciting opportunity to be a part of our expansion project! We're seeking an Operations and Start-Up Leader (OSL) with experience as a Project Engineering Manager to oversee the operational side of our new production line. Location: Jefferson, WI

Job Title: Operations Startup Leader

Pay range: 67-72$

Key Responsibilities:

• Support End-to-End Manager in meeting project objectives within budget and schedule.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define operational requirements and success criteria.

• Track and report on ramp-up/start-up plans to ensure business objectives are met.

• Plan, prepare, and coordinate operational activities, including commissioning and qualification.

• Ensure operational safety is fully considered and escalate operational risks as needed.

• Collaborate with project team and operations to ensure line readiness and safety.

• Train factory associates to standards prior to start-up.

• Complete a proactive and effective handover of the project to the operational team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of business analysis and project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; OR

• Associate's degree with 7+ years of project management or business analysis experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, AND 5+ years of experience in early management, operations, and/or start-up environment.

• 5+ years of experience in Project Engineering Management of multi-million dollar capex projects.

• Steel toe shoes are required (to be provided by the worker at own expense).

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent Project Management Professional certification.
