About the role

• Responsible for maintaining keeping the Mister "P" Express facilities and property that support all of our employees and business operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair minor HVAC issues
• Maintain, monitor and repair Irrigation system
• Maintain and repair elevator
• Maintain and repair gate operation
• Lighting-Ensure that all lighting systems are always fully functional
• Repair small equipment (i.e., forklift, scissor lift, wash bot and pressure washer)
• Ensure that all facilities grounds are trash free
• Fuel island repair and maintenance
• Light plumbing repair and maintenance
• Overhead door repair
• Run various cables for IT and other departments
• Small interior/exterior painting
• Repair and Patch drywall
• Light remodel work
• Procure appropriate repair techs when needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers licence
