As a CNC Programmer / Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting-up, and operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) routers and other CNC machinery in our Benton Township Production facility.

• *Program with Excellence - *Perform CNC programming for routers and other machinery, transfer product design criteria into machine requirements and then transfer engineering drawings and CAD files into CAM software.

``` - Teamwork - Collaborate with management, engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules to facilitate production processes.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience; with a minimum of two (2) years of CNC experience and machining experience in a tool shop or manufacturing environment.

``` - Demonstrated experience using Mastercam and WB SysTech software applications.

``` - Able to work from written or verbal instructions, detailed engineering drawings and be knowledgeable CNC operations.

``` - Possess the ability to run programs which have been created on the applicable machines.

``` - Must be detail oriented, able to work independently as a problem-solver and have the ability to finish projects in a timely manner.

Preferred Skills:

• Associate degree in precision machining, technologies, or relevant experience
