Amergis Physical Therapist in Kankakee, Illinois

$67/hr- $70/hr

$300 Start Bonus

Amergis Healthcare Services is actively looking for a Physical Therapist who would be interested in a 13 week, Full-Time Contract at a facility in Bradley, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Bradley, IL

Pay Rate : $67 per hour - $70 per hour

$300 Start Bonus!

Travel : (Must be located 50+ miles from work site to be eligible)

Total Travel Package: $3002.00 / week

Taxable Wages: $1840.00/ week

Weekly Housing Allowance: $749.00 / week

Weekly Meals and Incidentals Allowance: $413.00 / week

Estimated Weekly Take Home after Taxes: $2542.00 / week

Schedule:

· AM Shift, Monday – Thursday

· 4, 10 hour shifts, 40 Hours/ week

-No weekends!

Duration:

  • 13 weeks

    Requirements:

    · Active Illinois License

    · Outpatient Experience

    · Active CPR/BLS
