Description:

Our client is seeking a CAD Drafter to join their growing team in Kennett Square, PA. This candidate will be working on land development projects using Carlson software. Projects range from light commercial to residential development.

Must Haves:

3+ years of experience with land development projects or subdivision projects

AutoCAD Civil 3D or Land Desktop

Associates degree OR equivalent experience

Skills:

grading, survey, drafter, land development, AutoCAD, Civil 3d, Carlson, Design, Drafting, subdivision design, subdivision

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Topographic plans

Erosion/Sedimentation plans

Earthwork calculations

Experience doing AutoCAD drafting and design from start to finish

Must have 2 or more years of experience

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
