POSITION SUMMARY

As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales Unit by managing customer(s), active cooperation with the customer counterparts (Buyers, Buyer’s assistants), execution and implementation of the short-term and long terms sales strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES …

  • Monitor & follow-up the individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly target

  • Identify accounts potential/outlet, potential sales opportunities & potential to develop customer/ channel strategy, involved in OPL discussion on volume & input with marketing and CCSD

  • Monitor trends (market, Nestle, competitors) and ensure merchandising of company products and market hygiene according to Nestlé guidelines and standards

  • Implement promotions/projects and produce reports as required

  • Ensure product availability at all relevant outlets through the distributor per Company guidelines

  • Ensure compliance of ASE/TO with their respective roles & responsibilities

  • Ensure use of POP materials efficiently according to Nestlé guidelines and standards

  • Review & correction of rolling forecast

  • Managed international and local customer in line with Nestlé´s long-term strategy in both markets.

  • Interaction with customer mainly on Buyer or Buyer Assistant level sales managers and customers channel managers

  • Active operational cooperation within Customer team other internal departments (customer service, finance, logistics, marketing, Sales Operations, CCSD, IT) both in.

  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • You must have a First Degree in Social Sciences

  • Master’s degree in Management Studies will be an asset

  • At least 4 years’ experience in Commercial

  • At least 4 years’ prior experience in Sales and Marketing

  • Demonstrated record of success in a customer facing role

  • Understanding of Key Business Functions

  • Excellent Communication skill in both written and verbal
