Opportunity

This opportunity is for the expanding DTC business. This role will manage three separate business models across our store fleet in our Kohler owned program. The highly motivated individual will be responsible for strategy enhancement, process development and daily execution for our Kohler owned stores, tailored to the unique needs of a startup within a legacy company ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Specific Responsibilities
Responsible for customer experience enhancement through systems, service models, training, and recruitment for all Kohler Owned stores
A subject matter expert for all policies and procedures
Ensure that the stores comply with all regulations and safety standards in compliance with the company standards
Weekly feedback on KPIs and operational strategies
Manages weekly Kohler Owned Store Operations call
Organize and manage the store operations calendar for events, installations and new stores to ensure visibility to cross functional teams
Refine and review the store operations based on customer feedback from associates, customers and market trends
Store operations owner for Kohler Owned Stores expansion
Monitor and ensure executions of projects and events in stores
Collaborate with partners on strategies for Distributor Owned Stores
Leads by example and enables a customer first focus
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred
8+ years of Store Operations experience,
Broad experience in operations for emerging brands
Experience developing policy and procedures
Salesforce and Microsoft user interface experience
Customer Experience design a plus
Must be a strong conceptual thinker, able to understand the larger strategy of the experience and business expectations.
Relationship focused, value collaboration.
Performance minded, ability to balance short- and long-term goals
Written and verbal, with the ability to convey and outline key expectations and actions

The salary range for this position is $89,800 - $114,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
