Als Planner (Dispatcher) bij Videojet Technologies speel je een sleutelrol bij het plannen en coordineren van alle afspraken voor de Field Service Engineers. Je werkt samen de Helpdesk en Accountmanagers om het werk van Field Service Engineers zo goed mogelijk te plannen met het oog op klanten tevredenheid.

Taken:

• Beheer de agenda van een 12-tal Field Service Engineers door het toewijzen van storingen, onderhoud en installaties van onze machines op basis van verschillende criteria (vaardigheden, locatie, urgentie, enz.)

• Verzending en opvolging van te leveren onderdelen nodig voor de uitvoering van de service taken

• Bewaken van service afspraken en levering van door monteurs bestelde onderdelen

• Bevestig de afspraken aan onze klanten

• Updaten van dashboards (Bijv. Beschikbaarheid Field Service Engineers en respons tijden)

• Planning van bruiklenen/demo's en revisies met toezending van onderdelen

• Zorg voor een efficiënte communicatie met Account manager and Field Service Engineers

De essentiële vereisten voor deze functie zijn onder meer:

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden

• Kunnen “multitasken” omgaan met “deadlines”

• Ervaring met Salesforce is een pre. (Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software)

• 1-3 jaar ervaring in de industrie of klanten service

• Ervaren binnen de markeer- en codeerindustrie, industriële automatisering of aanverwante industrie is een pre.

• Vloeiend in geschreven en gesproken Nederlands en Engels

As a Dispatcher at Videojet Technologies , you play a key role in planning and coordinating all appointments for the Field Service Engineers. You work together with the Helpdesk and Account Managers to plan all assignments for Field Service Engineers as best as possible keeping customer satisfaction in mind.

Accountabilities:

• Manage the schedule of around 12 Field Service Engineers by assigning them the interventions, preventive maintenances, and installations of our machines according to several criteria (skills, location, urgency, etc.)

• Send and track deliveries of parts needed to fulfil service tasks

• Monitor service appointments and delivery of parts ordered by Field Service Engineers

• Confirm visits to our customers

• Update dashboards (e.g. availability of Field Service Engineers and Response Time)

• Plan loans/demos and revisions with sending of parts.

• Ensure efficient communication with Account manager and Field Service Engineers

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Strong communication skills

• The ability to meet the deadlines and multitask to perform various activities

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus (Customer Relationship Management software - CRM)

• 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience

• Experienced within the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry is a plus

• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
