Job Purpose and Scope:

Provides on-site, administrative, and technical support for multiple construction projects.

Essential Job Functions:

Provides report out of projects and updates all files, correspondence, and change recommendations.

Conducts regular site visits to observe work in progress.

Assists management by working with vendors, subcontractors, and various construction services teams and solicits quotes for new jobs.

Observes and makes recommendations to management regarding complex construction changes, design questions and tracks budgetary estimates and scheduled changes.

Assists with closeout of projects including As-builts, Warranty Documents, Certificate of Occupancy, and related documents.

Maintains files, project notes, meeting agendas and scheduling for on-site construction projects for Facilities Department.

Coordinates bidding documents and contract award.

Coordinates completion of forms such as change orders, purchase orders, service agreements, and subcontracts.

Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.

Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Expectations:Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor degree, preferably in Construction Management, or commensurate work experience, required.

1+ years of construction administration work experience, required.

Experience with AutoCAD and other Construction Management software, preferred.
