Description:

• Will be running various k-12 educational, multi-million dollar projects for school districts across Illinois

• Attend initial client meetings participating in early design concepts, schematic designs, design development

• Produce construction documentation to send out to bid

• Perform construction administration as needed and project close out

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have degree in Architecture

• Degree must be accredited in the United States

• Licensed Architect preferred

• License obtained for 3-5 years highly preferred

• Must be fully proficient in Revit with at least 5 years of professional experience

• This does NOT include internship experience

• K-12 experience highly preferred

• Commercial experience is next best

• Must have experience running a multi-million dollar projects

• Must be local- this is an in office/hybrid role

• Must have valid, permanent work authorization

• No education extensions
