Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial plans and monthly forecasts in partnership with operations; ensure the assumptions and execution plans are jointly owned, and the team feels accountable for the results while assisting with special projects as requested.

  • Support operations in delivering annual cost reduction objectives (Productivity, PPV, MUV, VAVE), capital request analysis, and expense management.

  • Manage the annual standard cost build and any required interim cost updates.

  • Oversee delivery of timely and accurate month-end close, including key account reconciliations.

  • Attend Gemba daily as Finance Leader, ensuring Operational activities discussed are appropriately accounted for financially.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field is required;

  • Multiple years of strong experience in finance and accounting with increasing levels of responsibility and emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial analysis, and modeling.

  • In-depth cost accounting knowledge and familiarity with Oracle manufacturing systems are desired.

  • Excellent communication (both oral and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills are needed for the role's cross-functional scope.

  • Strong to advanced MS Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, etc.) and proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications (Power BI, Word, PowerPoint) required.

Preferred:

  • MBA, CMA or CPA a plus.

  • Previous experience writing enterprise performance management reports (e.g., BPC, Hyperion), Oracle ERP, and Oracle Business Intelligence is a plus.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $80k-$90k. This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.We offer eligible employees a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k).Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until it is earned, vested, and determinable.
