MSA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Learning & Development Specialist (2236) in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: MSA has an opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist at our Madison, WI office location The work you may do Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to understand short and long-term strategies, identify barriers to achieving business goals, and develops approaches where these could be removed/eased through learning solutions Design learning experiences for virtual and in-person formats, including outlines, storyboards, and scripts. Create and publish schedules, facilitator guides, and resource materials Provide end-to-end project management for New Employee Orientation Partner with leadership to assess, design, and facilitate MSA Leadership Series program. Advise facilitators of L&D best practices pertaining to content development and facilitation Partner with leadership to assess, design, and facilitate the annual Leadership Development Meeting. Advise facilitators of L&D best practices pertaining to content development and facilitation Facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences that continuously improve the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees Manage a full-service Learning Management System, including creating and maintaining consistent tracking and record-keeping practices, producing annual and as-requested reports Align learning opportunities with multi-state requirements for professional development hours and supports employees in understanding how they can earn Professional Development Hours (PDHs) for license renewal MSA is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
