The purpose of the Controller/Accounting Manager position is to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely. To assist in completing external and internal audits. To back up the Accounting Clerk position for payroll, A/P and A/R.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares Journal entries for month-end closes

Prepares & Analyzes Monthly Financial Statements (P/L, B/S)

Prepares Cash Flow forecast and status updates

Performs cash transfers for cash receipts

Completes monthly account reconciliations of balance sheet accounts

Prepares Pricing Summary worksheets for new Quotes

Prepares schedules required for annual external audits

Physical Inventory control and reconciliation

Backup of hourly payroll, A/P and A/R positions
