Adecco US, Inc. HR Director in Mesa, Arizona
Great HR Director opportunity mainly working remote, located in AZ. You would be working with a leading behavioral health organization dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to individuals facing mental health challenges.
Some of the main things they are looking for:
-Someone who will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, operational efficiency, community partnerships, licensure compliance, investigations, unemployment, claims management, and partnership with corporate compliance.
-W ould like someone who has experience and solid/expert knowledge of employment law. You would be managing HR Business Partners & HR Investigators. You would be involved with employee relations, investigations, compliance, and legal claims/charges primarily.
-Would also like someone who is strategic and process improvement oriented.
Requirements:
-Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field.
-8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3+ years of leadership.
-HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred

Pay Details: $137,800.00 to $150,000.00 per year
