West Virginia Employer Inventory Coordinator - Evening Shift in Millwood, West Virginia

Summary: The Inventory Coordinator role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities spanning various job functions. These include restocking general inventory, daily water meter readings, plant inventory maintenance, error correction, work order creation, sample preparation and delivery, and manpower reporting. Essential Functions: Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying, labeling, and storing materials and supplies. Fulfill work orders by verifying and pulling listed materials and supplies. Receive, distribute, and store products as directed, ensuring secure storage locations. Process material receipts and shipments for tolling, including required paperwork. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and packaging inventory. Collaborate with internal departments, such as the lab and production teams. Prepare and deliver customer samples, identification labels, and procedural paperwork. Adhere to all safety rules and regulations. Perform work order management tasks, including allocation and de-allocation of materials. Demonstrate a teamwork-oriented approach to all duties. Required Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Efficient time management and organizational skills. Ability to work evening shifts, Monday thru Friday. Required Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Attention to detail is crucial. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Compliance with required personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
