We are currently looking to fill the position of Manager of Accreditation with an individual that possesses an understanding and versatility in the background, structure, policies and procedures of accreditation programs with an emphasis on product, process, and services certification and the associated certification schemes under ISO/IEC 17065. This position is responsible for managing assigned accreditation programs as well as scheme/program owners, clients, assessors, etc. This position will have a significant role and direct impact on the accreditation activities of ANAB-accredited certification bodies. This position can be based out of any ANAB location or Remote (work from home). Overnight travel is required, including both domestic and international travel. This position requires ample knowledge of the conformity assessment system. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge in one or more of the certification schemes covered under the ISO/IEC 17065 accreditation program or product categories. Being an accreditation manager involves a blend of skills ranging from project management to communication and analytical abilities. Including, but not limited to; Project and Time Management: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor accreditation processes effectively and efficiently in order to meet deadlines, while maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines governing accreditation processes in your field. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that accreditation processes meet high standards and are conducted impartially. Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges that arise during accreditation processes and find effective solutions. Attention to Detail: Being meticulous in reviewing documentation and ensuring conformance with accreditation criteria and process.
