In your role as a Finance Analyst, you will engage in a comprehensive examination of financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments. Your responsibilities will not only include forecasting and analyzing trends across various sectors such as manufacturing, sales, and finance but also preparing detailed work plans and conducting in-depth analysis and research. You will identify strategic options, craft reports for management, and recommend actionable changes to drive our business forward. Additionally, your involvement will be crucial in formulating budgets, managing expense reviews, issuing variance statements, and enhancing departmental procedures and performance measures.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work.

• Experience with MS Excel at an intermediate level.

• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

• Master of Business Administration degree.

Compensation:

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $67,000 -$100,400/ year

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
