Pitney Bowes is now hiring for a Full Time Direct Hire Warehouse Operations Excellence ProcessTrainer position in our Monroe Township, NJ facility. 

Base Rate: $25.00/hr

2nd Shift Differential: $2.00/HR

Total pay: $27.00/HR

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday (4pm-12:30am)

The Warehouse Operations Trainer is responsible for consistent training of all critical warehouse processes to newly onboarded associates as well as tenured associates requiring updated training.  Consistent training of all critical warehouse and parcel processes for newly onboarded associates as well as tenured associates requiring updated and/or cross-training.

*You will:  *

• Provide training in Operational processes using SOP’s and best practices 

• Provide feedback to Operations Manager or Supervisor for employee reviews

• Assist with Quality Assurance functions (Audits, Exception Logs, Scale Compliance  

• Constructively watch employees and provide feedback on a regular basis

• Oversee package exceptions and final resolution  

• Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties

• Help ensure time goals and productivity goals are consistently met for the department 

• Perform other duties as assigned

*Your background:  *

As a Warehouse Operations Trainer, you have:

• Prior Lead experience or equivalent 

• The ability to work in a high paced environment  

• The ability to work a flexible work schedule  

• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Email, and WMS interface 

• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations   

• The ability to walk and stand 80% of the time with or without accommodation  

• The ability to stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodation

• Basic enough understanding of English to be able to understand and follow safety and other operational directions communicated in English, irrespective of your native language  

*Preferred:  *

• The ability to understand and follow safety and other operational directions in English, or translated from English, irrespective of your native language

• Haitian Creole

• Experience within the logistics or parcel shipping industry preferred
