JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Engineer for a unique role in the hospitality industry. This opportunity is located at a remote lodge/cabin. The facility spans over +50,000 square feet, including two industrial garages. Responsibilities will include minor plumbing tasks such as cleaning and unclogging toilets, changing sink aerators, and replacing valves. Electrical tasks include changing and installing various types of lights. A basic understanding of HVAC systems is required to handle tasks like changing belts, motors, filters, and greasing. Dry wall, patch, and paint tasks will also be part of the duties. Experience with heavier HVAC units, such as 40-ton chiller units, mechanical AV's, and cassettes with separate condensers, is a plus. Additionally, any refrigeration experience, specifically with walk-in coolers and freezers (changing out coils and fans), is a plus.

PAY:

$25-30hr DOE

SHIFT:

8AM-5PM Monday-Friday

*will be on call as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• +2 years of experience with building maintenance

• Comfortable working with smaller HVAC systems

• Able to work in a smaller team

• Comfortable using computer systems to document/log
