Description:

Reporting directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager this role maintains and implements data, voice, and video network systems, equipment, software and all processes necessary to support the network environment. Additionally, this role is responsible for monitoring the network environment, using advanced technologies, and resolving issues and/or problems associated with the data, voice, or video network infrastructure.
