Overview

The Center on International Cooperation (CIC) is seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator to join their team. This individual will provide operational and strategic support to the CIC. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations and administrative needs for CIC. Develop and implement operational policies and processes; manage office facility and IT needs; coordinate meetings; administer the full lifecycle of the procurement process and vendor relationships; facilitate recruitment and appointment process for program staffing needs.



Responsibilities

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:
3+ years experience working in financial services, human resources, or relevant combination of education and experience.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent written, verbal and oral communications skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong project management skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently. Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and communicate policies to individuals at all levels.



Qualifications

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $65,000.00 to USD $75,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
