Are you passionate about providing an outstanding candidate experience? Are you motivated by process design, talent acquisition strategy, and operational initiatives? Prudentials Talent Acquisition department is hiring a Campus Recruiting Coordinator within our Early Talent Team.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence a minimum of 2 days/ week in our Newark, NJ location.
What you can expect:
As a Campus Recruiting Coordinator, youll support the broader team in driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy and cycle for interns and entry-level talent.
Assist with the creation and posting of job requisitions, employee referral management, data reporting and analytics as well as various talent acquisition critical initiatives.
Partner with Recruiters on virtual and on-campus event strategy, management, and execution.
Handle applicant flow through ATS and other recruitment systems, including screening candidates for basic qualifications, initiating assessments, and advising candidates of status updates as needed.
Connect with applicants, recruiters, and business team members to schedule and confirm candidate interviews, which could include virtual interviews, panels, in-person or career hiring events.
Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process while positioning Prudential as an employer of choice.
Support Program Manager in planning and implementing the Summer Internship Experience.
Other recruiting administrative projects and tasks as assigned.
What youll need to succeed:
Bachelors degree preferred
Exceptional organization and execution skills
Success in establishing relationships, at all levels of the organization
Excellent attention to detail with a hyper focus on quality of deliverables
Ability to adapt, problem solve quickly and communicate constructive solutions
Continuous improvement attitude coupled with a knack for managing initiatives simultaneously
Data and analysis skills; Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent verbal/written communication and data driven presentation skills

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $71,100.00 to $105,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
