Position: Apartment Program ADL Specialist

Divison: CHOICES

Program: Apartment Program

General Overview: Provide residents with restorative services in the area of daily living skills as outlined in the ISP. Coordinate Activities program. Collaborate with the SRC/RC team in the assessment of Resident skills and level of functioning in the area of Daily Living Skills/Social Recreation skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or AA/AS in Human Services related field and 1 year experience in Human Service preferred. Clean and Valid NYS Driver’s License.

Hours: Full Time

Salary Range: $32,032 - $36,192 annually

Grade Level: 3
