Job Summary

As a Technical Support Representative, you'll provide exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues. You'll provide post-sales technical support. You'll build relationships with customers and provide solutions to their concerns.

Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)

  • Acting as an escalation point to customer care team and others, providing technical support to customers.
  • Answering technical questions and assisting customers in solving technical issues for products in production.
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Supporting prototype development, testing, and documentation for customer applications and other new applications or products.

Requirements

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion to deliver exceptional service.
  • Possess technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues by phone, email, or videoconferencing.
  • Be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Be able to collaborate effectively with team members while also demonstrating self-sufficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The base pay for this position ranges from $21.85 to $28.13 per hour depending on the geographic market.
  • Dependent on the position offered, annual bonusses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
