Eagle Harbor , LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Drafter/CAD Operator IV to support our government client in Oakland, CA.

Position Responsibilities:

· Drafter/CAD Operator IV provides computer aided design (CAD) drafting, prepares drawings and schematics derived from a variety of specifications, layouts, blueprints, and sketches. Utilizes computer aided drafting software and other techniques, standards (e.g. AIA, NCS, Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) led Tri-Service Standard, and current industry drafting practices and procedures.) and tools to prepare technical drawings.

· Drafter/CAD Operator IV shall be able to transform initial rough product design into working documents using CAD software.

Drafter/CAD support includes but is not limited to the following areas: Drawing Preparation; Document Management; CAD Services, Conversion to CAD Files; File Management (both electronic and Hard copy databases).

Position Requirements:

· Knowledge and familiarity with AIA & NCS drawing standards will be required.

· Working experience shall meet Drafter/CAD Operator IV level.

Requires working independently and minimum 5 years of related experience.
